Rookie Program (Summer Internships)
Spend your summer working with the hottest brand in the industry!
Our internship program is filled with exciting, hands-on work experiences that teach you above and beyond the classroom. You will understand the importance of "Be Humble and Stay Hungry" and know what it takes to "Protect This House!"

The Under Armour team is looking for students who meet the following qualifications:
- Completed two or more academic years at a university or college (Rising senior or graduate status preferred)
- MS Office (Excel, Word) and MS Outlook proficiency
- Available to work from May 31, 2011 – August 12, 2011 at a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
The Under Armour Rookie Program offers a great all around experience:
- 11 week paid internship
- In-depth master project assignment and daily responsibilities
- Individual mentor program with an Under Armour teammate
- Under Armour University classes
- Events including Rookie Night at Camden Yards and breakfast with CEO and Founder, Kevin Plank
- Networking and learning opportunities with UA leaders
- In-Store experience through "Retail Day" at an Under Armour retail store
- Innovation Case Competition; providing new business ideas and solutions
- Giving Back to Baltimore through Habitat for Humanity, Living Classrooms and Ronald McDonald House
