The Under Armour team is looking for students who meet the following qualifications:

• Completed two or more academic years at a university or college (Rising senior or graduate status preferred)
• MS Office (Excel, Word) and MS Outlook proficiency
• Available to work from May 31, 2011 – August 12, 2011 at a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment

The Under Armour Rookie Program offers a great all around experience:

• 11 week paid internship
• In-depth master project assignment and daily responsibilities
• Individual mentor program with an Under Armour teammate
• Under Armour University classes
• Events including Rookie Night at Camden Yards and breakfast with CEO and Founder, Kevin Plank
• Networking and learning opportunities with UA leaders
• In-Store experience through "Retail Day" at an Under Armour retail store
• Innovation Case Competition; providing new business ideas and solutions
• Giving Back to Baltimore through Habitat for Humanity, Living Classrooms and Ronald McDonald House
